Link to existing Sky i.d!

I am trying to order a tablet but do not have a mobile account. I'm told I need to link my tv sky I'd to sign the credit agreement. Everytime it says my details don't match our records! Please any help out there?

Hi @Wally41  have a look here, if you are still having problems (make sure you are using correct emails etc) then contact sky either by phone or try the social media links at the bottom of this page.
