I'm trying to link my SIM card with my existing sky tv and broadband account and every time I do this it won't let me. I spoke to an advisor on the phone who didn't help at all. Every time I try and do it online I get an error message.
can anyone help me do this online instead of over the phone

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I'm having the same problem and can't link my sky mobile account to my sky one! It says "unexpected error". Can anyone help?

For the unexpected error make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:
https://www.sky.com/mydetails/sky-id
If you have to update this then try again to link your account.

I'm still having the same issue too, I posted this in June last year and still haven't sorted it it just won't work

As it was sent to you more than 48 hours ago it could well be closed now so do you want to try again as it should be sent ti you sometime tomorrow if you do and again you will have 48 hours to respond.
