Limited Apple Watch Contracts, Why?

Does anyone know why Apple only sell a limited amount of Apple Watches on contract? Why not the full range like other retailers?

I would have thought Apple sell all current watches.  Or did you mean Sky?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

No-one posting to the forum is likely to have any insight into Sky sales decisions: if they do then they shouldn't be saying...

They only have a very limited range I guess as they do not support the cellular versions such as the Ultra or Ultra2. 

Sky have been promising for the last three years that they will "soon" be able to support the eSim in these devices, but no progress has been made.
