@NightWRhodes "On back order" means they have no stock, "on pre order" means you should get on launch. What did it say in your confirmation email?

It just says on my email " Great news - your new device and SIM(s) will be delivered from the 30th" So i am guessing I will recieve it after the 30th?

@NightWRhodes so yes you'll receive from the 30th September. As it's saying on pre order on your account suggested they have the stock as I've ordered 2 devices one space black and one silver both 128gb. Both said on pre order, the space black now dispatched the silver still saying on pre order and my email confirmation stated delivery on 16th sepetember

No worries what so ever! I ordered it on the day it launched too! I'm a little disappointed as I would have liked it for the launch but I'll have to wait. Not to worry

I ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max silver 128Gb. Says pre-order Email says 30th September.  
I cancelled the purple which said 16th September. 
I hope it comes tomorrow but no Email from Sky or DPD.  Or text message.

@NightWRhodes @Umbro786 I got the same text for my iPhone 14 pro max 128gb silver ordered last Friday between 1 and 2pm although email confirmation didn't come through till just before 10pm, on my email confirmation it says delivery on 16th September. I've phoned Sky and they've told me to ignore the text as mine is coming tomorrow 🤷🏻‍♀️
