I placed my pre order on the Monday so the 12th which means I should still get it before the end of the month surely and not by the 7th of October

Spoke to another advisor this time told me delivery from 30th September for mine

All the advisers are inconsistent with their information and contradicts others not even worth wasting your effort in phoning to be honest "Shambles to say the least"!

I'd much rather they said honestly we've allowed to many pre orders for the stock to allocate to everyone and are currently out of stock of certain models etc.....add a out of stock to site with a notify option when back in that'd be a positive start!

the lady said to me, i wouldnt cancel as unless you go into apple which even then stock is low, all the delivery dates are for mid october/ end of october

Wake up at 6 am each morning and you'll see that apple re stocks the phones each day and you can click and collect for sake day pick up depending on your configuration.. so sky stop talking [content removed]

@Abixxvi thats What I mean their telling ppl their pre order has been allocated to them and then saying it's stock issues,yesterday I was promised my device was in stock iPhone 14 pro max space black 256gb it just hadn't be added to my order yet and then in another breath their saying it Apples issue/pass the buck their trying their hardest to avoid any responsibility it's them that run the site and allow thousands to keep ordering with no stock to ship out,as for Apple they do have limited stock and someone on here yesterday managed to secure theirs delivered next day at John Lewis my friend has theirs from Vidaphone yesterday too it's them not taking any liability! Don't tell someone their item is in stock and it's just a case of waiting until it's your turn when really it's out of stock and lie.

Yes, still waiting for my pre-order dispte being told ill have one for relese, expecting mine by 30th September or at least thats what the text message says i recived from Sky on 15th September.

@littlejiim  yeah I got text saying by the 28th but when I questioned her reference is my device actually in stock just waiting my turn she then shifted to a load jargon to avoid saying NO and that it was allocated as pre order lol then I pushed more and she reverted her original statement saying it could be out off stock lol [content removed]

The only 2 texts I've had were Thursday just before 6:15pm and then the exact same on Friday morning just after 7:30am telling me that the order is on track and they'll give me a more precise delivery date closer to the time however I'm being told on the phone I've got stock from the delivery they had on the 16th and it's just a case of them packing it to then being told I'll get by tbe 30th
