Hi,
I need to leave a sky family plan.
Long story short, account holder is abusive. I have had to go no contact.
I have been transferring the cost of the contract monthly, but do not feel comfortable to continue to do so.
It's in contract for another 18 months, I want to keep the number.
Feel uncomfortable account holder can see whoever I am contacting due to numbers showing through the app.
They have removed my access to the app by changing password, so I can no longer manage my contract myself.
How can I go about removing myself from this family, moving the contract so I can pay directly myself and have access via the app?

It's not your contract. It's the account holder's contract.

You cannot 'move' contracts. AIUI Only the account holder can effect changes (including a PAC).
