Leave sky mobile

I recently moved to a new sim provider, I'd like to end my sim deal with you. 

i haven't got my sim anymore as I thought my mum had sorted ending the deal with you, however that is not the case. 
in order to leave sky the only option is to receive a code to the sim, which I no longer have, please could you help advice me on how to leave sky mobile please.
