Hello I'm having trouble with my broadband signal and my mobile signal . Is there a reason why I'm paying good money for this and not getting the service . I'm thinking of changing companies as this issue is happening too often .

Sky Broadband and Sky Mobile are unrelated technologies.
It's best to post Broadband issues to the Broadband forum as there's a whole different set of diagnosis and troubleshooting involved.
Mobile is almost entirely down to your local cell coverage and cellular reception environment.
