Label

I upgraded to iPhone 17 pro max from iPhone 16 pro max when I received my 17 2nd of October there wasn't a label in box to send my 16 back so I phoned them at customer service I was told it would arrive in 3 to 4 days! Still waiting I have beeb in touch with sky 5 times by phone email an contacted there complaints department and still haven't received received label has any body else had this problem because I don't seem to be getting any where.

Might be worth a try as I am fairly sure they have emailed these return labels out to other people in the past.
