Why do my linked account not show my mobile and tv, it says they are linked but I can not see my mobile and when I try to log in to my mobile it is asking for me email but when I put it in it wants a different one , it's been like this for months had no problem before
Are you logged in with your main Sky ID and not that for your mobile or TV account ?
