Keeping my number

I'm already a Sky mobile customer and want to get a new phone with Sky. I've tried calling but electronic woman won't let me talk to a human. I can't find anywhere how I can transport my number to the new phone. There's lots of info of how to do it if I'm on another network. Clearly they are not used to people staying :). Is it just a case of putting my mini 13 SIM card in the new phone?

Yes, you simply move the SIM from your old phone to your new one.  (And do not activate any new dataplan)
