I have upgraded and sent by old phone back using the box and tracked return provided. There is a deal at the moment for any phone to get 250 for it off. I owe 240

Nothing has been updated and i will have to pay this soon. My phone was worth 190 but thats not even been added!

Hi @Brit3030 its been taking 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed. The casback is added to the first bill after the 31 day cooling off period has passed. The phone value should be added once your phone is assessed and checked for damage but as stated that can take a few weeks.
