It’s been long enough

I paid my sky bill and you still haven't lifted the restrictions on my mobile ! I'm not impressed it has caused major issues and the bill is paid

Not us as we're other customers.

 

When did you pay your bill?  Did you set up continuous payment method too?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant, in fact any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

Sky is a joke at times

It really shouldn't be this difficult to contact your mobile provider ! Absolutely terrible service. You need to do better 24 hours with no phone and limited ways to can't act you and u don't respond !

@Beccy83 You where told in your other thread that we are just fellow customers here, so making a new thread in a different section is not going to get you the response you want.

 

You will have to find a way of contacting Sky by phone or try their social media page to see if they can help.
