logged out and now my sky mobile isn’t linked

i recently logged out of my sky mobile app by accident and now when i've logged back in my 2 mobile accounts aren't there, i regularly use it to roll data and i am away next month so desperately need to get this sorted, when ive tried to link the account and put in all my details it says 'Your account has already been linked' it's definitely the right account as it's the one i've always used and the email is the one i have recieved emails from previously

Are you using your main Sky ID to login to the app ?

That might be the case but once you have linked your account you should be using the main Sky ID so do you know what this is ?

no im sorry i dont know what you mean, i only have one account that is linked to my sky box and mobile phone but saying it's linked to another account
