Issues with my mobile coverage

Day after day my coverage is only two bars.  This has an impact in my ability to access sites and my banking. All it does is buffer.  I pay a lot of money for my service and it is a terrible one.  I inderstand there were mast issues yesterday. Always an excuse.  Never any recompense though.
