Issues Linking Sky ID to My Account
Hello Sky Community,
I am having trouble linking my Sky ID to my Sky account and could use some help. When attempting to link the two, I was asked to provide my surname, postcode, and billing details. they requested the last 6 digits of my Sky account number.
I provided all the required information accurately, but the process did not go through successfully. I’m not sure what went wrong or what steps I should take next.
Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page by typing it it to start the chat.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
