Issue with service Morecambe (LA3/LA4) AREA

I have been expieriencing loss of service or very poor service over last 2-2.5 months. It is very distrurbing and I was complaininig about it. They have issue with mass on those codes and the supplier/provider is resolving problem now. But I stil have no internet or very poor internet, issue with calls and messages ...so annoyed. I am about to have a look at my contract and end it earlier as still paying full price for my contract. It is so upsetting, they know about the issue but would not offer any compensation from them, I need to place complaints over and over again...

Hi @Ollie1220  if there is an known issue then sky will give compensation once the issue has been resolved. You are entitled to leave the contract if there is a considerable national outage but as you are only having issues locally Sky are meeting their contractual obligations. You could try calling Sky on 150 to see if they would let you out of your contract.

@Ollie1220

In addition, Sky do not own or maintain any phone masts so will be relying on another company to effect repairs.
