Issue with new iPhone

Hi. I really need to talk to someone direct if possible. I have a new phone and I can't connect to cellular.

We're other customers here.  Go ahead and call Sky if that's what you want...

 

alternatively you could describe here what the issue is...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have you put a new sim in the home and if you have then have you activated it ?
