Issue with liking sky id

Hi I have just brought a new phone with yourselves and I'm trying to link my sky id when I put my card information that is asked for it says sorry your account is already linked. Then comes up with your account has been set up it may take a few moments to link but I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and is still not linked.
