I have damaged the brand new phone what is the repair cost likely to be??

My young daughter tried to put her sim card into my husband's new phone but she jammed it into the wrong place and the sim card stayed in and it probably damaged the tray etc does anyone know what the repair cost is likely to be???

@JanIKan  No one on the community can tell you as we can't see the phone, best option is to call Sky.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

As you haven't stated the brand and model of the phone it's unlikely anyone here can give you an estimate unless they've had the exact same issue.
