Hi,
I have an additional payment of £36 on my monthly bill which doesn't make sense as I haven't purchased anymore data so please can this be changed. My payment date has also changed even though I requested the 28th January and the bill is due to come out on 25th which can't happen. The bill is usually £35 and has come out to £76.
