Issue with Piggybank

I went to do an upgrade on my phone and used my piggybank balance to reduce cost. The order errored at checkout but the piggybank cash in is still showing even though I havent completed the order. How do I get the balance updated?

Hi @SC11  these things normally sort themselves out after a few days. If it doesn't then call sky once 150 for help.
