Going round in circles

I've had a poor connectivity in receiving and making calls ongoing for a few month's.

I've had major surgery recently and still difficult to get hold of medical staff and vice versa.

Despite numerous conversations on your email address I'm going round in circles with long threads and getting nowhere. I'm paying for a service which I'm not getting.

I've tried everything and still being asked to give my security details again despite all part of a long thread of emails 

Also fed up of emails saying "I've not respnded which is incorrect.

Can anyone with common sense help sort this issue out . Rather than endless emails back and to

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Sky don't use email for general communication so may explain why the issue might be taking a while. 

Sky will always ask security questions before engaging to confirm they are talking to the account holder.

  • Yes I understand that . Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues and how long it's taken to be resolved.
