Issue on the mobile Internet

Hi Just to let you know that my mobile Internet still not working I'm already call the customer service asking for help but nothing change till now I need to have Internet ready By tomorrow otherwise I will cancel this contract because a have a lot of GB that I can use with out pay. So is not normal this still not working . Because before is been working very well. So please try to resolve this issue as Soon as possible. Thanks

To let you know we are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky so give this a try:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
