Issue a refund

Hi ,

I have ordered the 16 pro max on 8th-october-2024. BUT UNfortunately i didnot passed the initial security checks . You have decducted the 36£ from my bank account and didnt give a refund back. It takes more than 8 to 10 working days to get the refund back in my account. Kindly sort this issue on your earliest .

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.


If you've failed the credit checks any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.
