Ireland - No Mobile Data on Calls

I've been with Sky Mobile since launch in Ireland. I've just noticed recently whenever I'm on a call I lose my mobile data. I have no 3G, 4G, 5G etc at all until my call ends and data slowly returns.

happens in Dublin & Meath all the time. 

I can replicate the issue 100% on every call.
