Iphone swap problem

I have done a phone swap, an iPhone 14 Plus for an iPhone 16 Plus, and not much is left to pay on the iPhone 14 so I put it in for a swap, the amount of time it has took for the phone to arrive and I have sent the other one back. The problem is I'm still paying for both phones and I'd rather have the old phone back, by the time this is sorted out the old phone will have been paid off through direct debit payments. Any help appreciated to be pointed in the right direction.

Charging for the returned device dies continue until it has been inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky but you should not be out of pocket as a credit should be added to your account if there is an overpayment against it.
