Iphone showing wrong number

Sky stated my old numbder from O2 had become my new Sky number but on my settings it stills shows the sky number that came with the esim, have followed steps online but the phone wont let me save the O2 number in settings

If Sky has told you that your number has transfered then try this;

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
