Iphone help required urgently

I am unable to send message, make calls on my new Iphone. Its an Iphone 16. what do i need to do get sorted

Have you put a SIM in it?

Is there a SIM card or eSIM installed?
Does the phone show the correct number?
Are you transferring your number from your old provider? If so then when did you give SKy the PAC code?
Have you signed into your Sky mobile account & sent the settings to your phone?
