Presumably you called Sky first and told them you were returning the device?
It will take a number of weeks for the device to be processed and checked for damage etc.

I have called them and told about the scenario then I returned the wrong product.

So to be clear, you ordered the wrong phone and sent the wrong one back ?
All you can do is to call Sky on 150 about this.
