Iphone 17 NOT CHARGING !

I purchased iphone 17 in March 2026

I picked it up this morning and it was completely dead .

I have tried all day to  charge it up using different plugs and different leads  but it remains dead.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Can I get a replacement phone from sky?

Hi @LCF1 if I were you I would take it to an Apple Store for them to look at. If you don't want to do that then this is the sky repair link. Be aware sky don't do loan phones whilst your is away.
