If you have had it for more than 31 days then probably not as you did sign a credit agreement agreeing to pay a certain amount per month against it while you can call Sky on 150 to see what they say they might not release you from the contract.
If it helps you can apply for a payment holiday which pauses your device payment for 3 months:

Your contract will then be extended by 3 months due to this and you will have to keep paying for a Sky sim if you are also paying for this.
