Iphone 14 Upgrade and new SIM

I have just received my new Iphone 14 Pro with a new SIM card.  I am assuming this is a 5G Sim card. All received OK.

My current phone still has 2 months to go before I pay off my last 3 year contract for an Iphone 11 and only does 4G.

Does my new SIM  still have my current number on it or do I need to to do something around a PAC/STAC code?

The new sim will come with a new number. You can not use a Pac code to move the number from one Sky sim to another one so if you want to use your current number then you need to move the sim from yiur current phone to your iphone 14 and if you have activated the new sim you would need to call Skly on the free 150 number to ask them to cancel it for you.

You should be able to activate 5G from here:

@Birrell28   Your new sim won't have your old number on it, nor can you port number from one Sky sim to another.

If you ordered a new data plan you need to call Sky and cancel the new sim.  Your old sim can be upgraded with a the 5G addon.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
