Ipad

My iPad isn't showing on my mobile bill and it's hard to pay when it don't show up and I'm  on the phone to get though to sky for an hour  and still no one answer it's just get hang up that's very get customer service

The usual reason a device doesn't show up is that it was ordered via a different account. The phone lines will be closed now so you will have to try again tomorrow so they can look inti what account it was ordered on.
