Ipad delivery

I ordered a phone and ipad on the 18th January 2025, I recieved the phone but was told the ipad was in back order even though it was available when i ordered. They told me I would have to wait up to 4 weeks. Then on the 21st Feb 2025, I recieved a message from Sky that i will recieve my ipad by 14th March 2025. However i should also recieve an email the day before with delivery details. I have not recieved any of this all week and I have not received my ipad! What do i do??
