Where do I find my invoice number

There's isn't one. If this is to claim a gift you need to use your credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

thank you. I did finally work it out what they were asking for. Free chromebook now been accepted as my free gift & is on its way to me.
