Invoice Number?

Hi, I recently ordered the S25 Ultra which comes with a cashback offer/gift from Samsung.

When going to their website to claim it asks for an invoice number. Now I have searched this and have seen people say that you can use your credit agreement number, however I haven't received a copy of the credit agreement.

When I go to my messages I haven't received a message since ordering the phone, and the only files in contacts are PDFs with no personal/unique details on them.

Please advise, as I have just upgraded a second device and will be having the same problem with that one soon too!

Hi @Iamfroggo  if you can't find your credit agreement try using your sky account number.

I'm worried if I use my account number though, when I go to claim for the second device it won't let me as I'll be using a number I've already used?

Hi @Iamfroggo  look at your bill and scroll down to your devices to see the agreement numbers.
