Internet connection

Hii team this is my latest device Samsung s24 ultra am not able to play my game accurately. Am facing issue with the connection can you please help me with that

You are talking to other customers - without being a bit more specific we cannot advise...

 

What does playing a game 'accurately' mean?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Wat do u mean am talking to other customers isn't this costumer service and wat i meant with accurately i.e when u play pubg players unknown battle ground my ping is fluctuating like hell am I enough specific now.

@AdityaGangaraj Your ping will always fluctuate when using mobile broadband, there isn't anything Sky or any network can do to stop that.

@AdityaGangaraj I stand by what i said, ping will fluctuate on mobile broadband and it can be significant depending on device specs, which network your connected to and what service(3G,4G or 5G), im currently with o2 and have run 3 tests back to back,

1. min 43ms avg77.1 max176ms

2. min 52ms avg92.9 max490ms

3. min46ms avg109.9ms max401ms

All ran using the same server on 4G with a fairly high spec phone, and that was without running any other applications.

 

If you are not happy with the repsonses here then call Sky and speak to customer service.
