We are customers and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.
I think you mean Sky have applied roaming charges. If that's the case and you believe the charges to be incorrect then you'll need to call Sky. We obviously can't see your bills.
Just dial 150 from your Sky sim when the lines reopen.

International saver reduces the cost of making calls to certain countries (whether you are roaming or not)
