Discussion topic: Transferring to Sky from Three and still no signal

Transferring to Sky from Three and still no signal
I transferred from Sky to Three. The number has come over and has been confirmed by Three and Sky and is displaying correctly however I've still no signal. I've tried turning the phone on and off, I've rest the network settings and it's still not working. I can only use the phone when connected to WIFI. To be honest Sky haven't been particularly helpful. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

Hi @DS411 if you have left sky for 3 and the number is showing as transferred then it's 3 you need to be asking for help.

Your first sentence says you have transferred from sky to 3 @DS411 so you have definitely switched to sky from 3 ?
