Can’t link sky ID to mobile accouns

I've had to change sky ID email due to a mix up and now I can't link my account and neither can the 3 call handlers I've spoken to! Help I need to see my account to sort out data

Do you use this email as part of the login so the username ?

No. They are telling me it's because it's previously been linked to another account but they've unlinked but it still stays it's linked.
