International roaming

I would like to buy data to use abroad next week but I have a spending cap. I cannot log into my sky account .

Im not sure what you meant by buying data as there are no data packages for when you are abroad.

Whete are you going as Rest of the world countries can see you rack up a large bill so have a look here to see the cost:

In mosr test of the world countries these are the charges (some are higher):

£2,160 per GB (yes this is correct)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)

Hi @Harriway  it will cost £2 for each 24 hours use of your home allowance and piggybank. Make sure roaming is turned on in your phone settings. When you send a text, make a call or use some data it will start automatically. Calls to local numbers will be charged extra. Make sure your spend cap is set high enough to cover your time away.
