Increased Bill

Hi, 

 

when I signed up for my contract I was paying £34 and now it has gone up to over £37? Can you explain why? I can't see anything on my app. 

I think im going to leave and go elsewhere for a cheaper option, can you tell me if I will get charged if I do this?

As fellow customers here we can not  see your bill only you can so what has changed when it was £34 to what it is now, do you have a sim with Sky and if you do has this increased in price ?

We can't see what you have.  If you have a credit agreement then you cannot take that elsewhere - either continue paying that or pay it off.

 

If you have a device plan then you can leave once you've had it 12 months.  There was an increase earlier this year - that might explain the increase?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
