Increase

not happy to pay more for my sim plan on both phones. To be honest, clearly don't need 50gb so happy to go for a lower plan too please

No need for it to be deleted. It's a perfectly valid question. You could dm one of the moderators / CMs if you really want it removed but keeping it visible may help someone else in the future.

You can change your dataplan under your account.

We can't change it.

@SamCG

What do you mean about writing to Sky? You can lower your monthly data plan online but it won't kick in until your next payment period.

I've just done this.  I had 5 SIMS and the increase was going to be £7.50 but I simply selected new dataplans for them all and will pay almost £25pm less 🙂

Re: Increase

I'm going to speak with sky, when I wrote this I thought I was chatting directly to them. Not on a forum. If I could could delete this I would, unless you know how to?

You can't.

If you delete your forum account the post stays.
