I am trying to increase my £2 monthly spend cap as I am holiday in Australia and have reached my spend cap - I stupidly forgot to increase before I left. I am following the link but nothing is happening and when I call sky it rings then I get cut off- please help
You should also be able to change it via the MySky app.
