Incorrect phone number

Hi, I've recently switched to sky and my phone number hasn't changed yet

When did you give Sky your PAC code from another provider?

If you gave them your Pac code on a Friday then it would not be to Monday at the earliest before the number transfers as this doesn't take place at the weekend.

Assuming you gave the code in the correct manner you need to call Sky on 150.
