I swapped an A14 device to S25. It did work on arrival and had to return it. Replacement sent out but being charged for both of them.

Hi @Linz58 until the phone has been received and checked by sky (usually takes 2-4 weeks) then you will be charged for both. Any overpayment will be refunded.
