Incorrect account name

Hi there. My name is Kevin Padian. I am the main account holder through sky tv and boardband. My wife Marianna has a phone through sky and now when I log in the main account details appear to have switched to her name? 
I want to purchase an iPad but when progressing to the contract - Mariannas name appears on the proposed contract. 
I want this to be in my name. Can someone help

Are you using your login details and I take it both of you have separate login details to your respective accounts ?
