Incorrect Keyboard

I ordered a Magic Keyboard to suit my iPad Pro but the incorrect one was sent. I need to arrange a collect and replacement but not easy to arrange on this app.

Hi @Hobsmoat  you will need to call sky for help with this, free on 150 from a sky sim.

You'll need to call Sky.  Use 150 if you have a Sky service.

Hey, @Hobsmoat ,

I've just had the same issue. I can't get through to contact them and just wondered is you ever received the correct keyboard? I have the iPad Pro which isn't comparable with the Magic Keyboard folio.

They were potentially closed it you've just tried ringing when you posted. You will need to call Sky as per the post marked as the answer.
