Incomplete order

Hi, 

 

I've order an iPhone 16 and Apple Watch Series 10.  Both orders were confirmed in the same email, but only the iPhone has arrived with no update on the watch. How do I address this?

I would assume Sky are awaiting for stock.  Nothing to address other than waiting?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
